I can't validate date at IMM0008ENU_2D HELP

I can't validate date at IMM0008ENU_2D

it just keeping say the correct format is: must be greater than or equal to 1900 and a valid calender date

and the date appears in Indian numbers in red square

and when I reverse the order of intering the date starting with day it says the correct format is: YYYY-MM-DD
then the date appears in Arabic numbers (123) in red square
