Dear All
Please do you have any suggestions or reasons for not being able to check my application status online, I am waiting for passport stamping and I have got the folloing message online'We were not able to identify you using the information you provided'. I was able to check my status one week ago and was' In process'

I had this same problem. It can be resolved. Previously i used to log my full name shibu john kunnil.After getting PPR i submitted the forms and wrote my given name as shibu john and surname or family name as kunnil. Thereafter when i log to Ecas if i type only Kunnil it would show the status.
So try this and maybe u can again see ur current status.

cross check your name , use your last name, firstname complete, if gives you same error, contact VO. normal means sometime E-case accept lastname only, firstname only, sometime you need to enter full name as per passport , lots of people e-case not display complete address, postal code, state name etc. so if you try all the way and its not visible still then try again after some days.

cio , correct , my zipcode is not displayed on e-case, even somany times not allowed login me using my name , so i use last name , sometime firstname only.

Please close and oper your internet browser, go to the CIC website and to ECAS as usual. If the problem still persist, then try another day. Perhaps it could be temorary system problem on CIC website which is not a continueing issue.
