Grounds for refusal:

· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

You lack strong ties to your home country and poor finances, which resulted in your denial

Is this during school holiday or will you be taking time off when school is in session. Celebrating an 18th wedding anniversary is not really a good reason to travel especially during the school year. Perhaps at the 20th or 25th anniversary but you are the only one of your family trying to visit to celebrate so it must not be a huge celebration.

On this time i have winter holiday
1st time i and my both apply for visitor visa. But they refuse same reason.
So thats i apply only myself 2nd time. But now they give same reason.

you said lack of strong tie my home hometown. My wife stay here. is it not strong reason for my come back from canada. ?

That is only one tie. Many spouses have separated while one tries to find employment then the spouse follows. Did you apply for a visit during your school break the first time? Has their 18th anniversary passed? Nobody really celebrates their 18 th anniversary.

Yes. 1st time i and my wife apply on dated 9th dec from 26 dec to 18th jan.
2nd time only i apply on dated 24 dec from 9th jan to 18 jan.
No their 18th mrg anniversary on 15 jan.
They also religious function at gurdwara and arrangement a party at their home in the evening.

An 18 th anniversary is not seen as an anniversary that people really celebrate and you applied with your wife on the first try and then reapplied right away. It is an odd reason to visit. At this point I would stop applying and order CAIPS. Unless you can address all the concerns getting numerous refusals just hurts your file because you seem desperate.
