I applied for citizenship back in 2022, i knowledge test was passed in sep 2023. its been a year but no updates on oath, The IRCC portal was updated

I applied for citizenship back in 2022, i knowledge test was passed in sep 2023. its been a year but no updates on oath, The IRCC portal was updated back in Jan 2024 since than no updates. Web form has standard response and even over the call, CC have no answers. Any other way to connect with IRCC?

You should apply for GCMS notes and see where your application is stuck. Mostly its a case of stuck in security screening.

That i have already done. In GCMS note , my knowledge test has already marked as done however on portal , its yet not updated.

If you want to try to force a decision, you can try a writ of mandamus.
