Hi there, is anyone can help my questions?

Well, this is my story. I am live-in caregiver and I already submitted my PR application on February 2012 and I received my Open-permit on May 2012... I got pregnant and married to a Mexican guy who is refugee claimant but he was refused. We got married on November 2012 and I attached him in my application as my dependent, I sent all supporting documents to Immigration to attach in my application....Before I gave birth my husband received a noticed to appeal in Canada Boarder Service Agency...I gave birth on March 23, 2013....On the time pealed, unfortunately, the CBSA's decision he has to remove Canada dated May 10, 2013....So, he is in mexico right now.

My questions are:
1. Is there something happen to my PR application that I married to refugee claimant but refused?
2. Now im living with our son alone and we need him here for financial support, how he can get back in Canada?
3. Is there any way for him to go back Canada in shorter time?

Thanks for reading and I am hoping there is someone can give me an advise and answer my questions...

I am really sorry for your situation. I have no experience with this problem, but I hope your husband has employment in Mexico and sends you support from there. I have two reasons for saying this. 1. Because it is the right thing to support his wife and child, and 2. Being able to show his efforts over a period of time will be important evidence of your genuine marriage. I wish you and your family all the best. Good luck.

I would imagine that it would all depend on why he was denied as a refugee. What will also be a hurdle is being able to satisfy CIC that your marriage is genuine. Previously denied applicants can be a red flag for CIC.

You may want to check out the above Mexico thread. I believe there are other failed refugee applicants who have since recieved PR.

Let us understand your case clearer, as this is family class sponsorship category. You are not sponsoring him; you have added to him to your own PR application under live-in care giver program. Is my understanding correct? If so, you should find threads more specific to your case, not under the family class.

Hello, we are in the same situation and i would like to know how is your situation now.. did you get your PR?? Did your husband go back to Canada? thanks
