Greetings to everyone,


I applied for a visitor's visa in July 2023, and early December 2023 i received a message via mail to check my portal for response from IRCC, but unfortunately I tried the two active codes I have left but they were not working. Probably I have tempered with the codes somehow, I never knew there is a possibility in getting new ones. However, I earlier uninstalled my authenticator app, so I tried reinstalling it to receive codes directly but it's not working also. I have made several attempts to open my portal, I even opened another GCKey account to try to link it but to no avail.

It seems kind of frustrating but I believe there will be a way out. I have even sent web mails to IRCC, they only urged me to continue trying to link my account with the new one.

Is there any other way out so that I can access my portal and if positive which I believe it will be I can start planning for my travel.
