I am travelling to Canada while I am in IP2 stage, what would be the impact on timelines?

I filed PR application from India, currently at IP2. I worked inn Canada since 2015, I am about to travel
in August end to Toronto. What will be the impact of this travel to my application timelines? Should I delay my travel? Thanks in advance!
