i am so confused.... please help!!!

first of all thank you for taking your time to read.. really appreciate it.

under my circumstances i believe i am able to apply under BCPNP international graduate.

currently i have not taken any english test yet (plan to do so before beginning of next year)
My company which i started working for after i graduate (graduate jan, started working in may) said they can help me with pnp as joint application!!

once i meet all the requirements for BCPNP international graduate(wage, english test result, etc..) and get the nomination # or what ever they give me after nomination. Using that information (if i want to apply for PR) do i create the Express Entry profile on CIC?

so i guess what i am asking is to be eligible to apply for Express Entry for PR purposes on cic, pnp is needed for that extra score point to have higher chance for ITA from CIC through my EE profile?

so many categories,, i do not know which comes after what and which is needed for what and under which programs....
please help~~~~ as i am trying to get all the papers and required documents ready bymyself....
