I am on a closed work permit. Can I claim points for Job Offer?

Hi, I am on an Intra Company Transfer (closed work permit) which is an LMIA Exempt. I have 1.5 years of Canadian Experience as well. I have a letter from my employer stating my Job Duties, Salary, and Designation. My employer-specific work permit is still valid for another 1 year and 2 months. Can I claim 50 points towards arranged employment?

You need the letter from your employer to state that they will continue to employ you for at least one year after you become a PR. If you can get this, then yes, you can confidently claim the 50 points.
