I am june 2018 applicant pre arrival recieved in April 2019 after that no new no email from cic only background check is going my case stuck in background check please some one help me out i am realy upset now
 
Are you still waiting for decision made on ecas? Or did that change after pre arrival? Since you're over the year, have you contacted your vo to ask what's going on? Or ordered your notes?
 
You should contact your MP, they can help when your application exceeds the year mark
