I don't know what's going on...I am trying to apply online for a BOWP and I can't!

I answer all the questions, then they I am eligible to apply (even with my current WP expiring on April 2014), but doesn't redirect me to a page where I can upload the docs! I already have a MyCIC account, so I cannot put the code they give me (according to the CIC attendant).

I called CIC and, of course, they didn't help me, saying I wasn't eligible because my current WP is not expiring on the next 4 months.

PLEASE, who knows what could de happening, HELP ME! My contract will be terminated in 2 weeks and I am starting to panic!
 
your current work permit is a closed one?
 
I dont think, for that reason they should say No. I know people who had called/emailed CIC and explaining the situation (just as yours) and CIC sending them email, saying they are eligible.
I'd say, you try again.

I am looking for an email at their website, but I cannot find it!

When you say questions I hope you are referring to the ones required to create a personalized checklist. When did you create that and got the reference number? The reason is one of my friend faced similar problem and the call centre people were not able to help. What he did was to delete the checklist and started from scratch by answering the questions again. The problem looked to be because between the time he created his checklist and started applying online, CIC had done some changes in the questionaire and hence his old checklist reference was not working. So I suggest you do the same.
