I am from Nigeria , So Can anyone tell me Which university is best for Me like University of Windsor , Capilano University or Ryerson University because one of the reputed Migration consultancy sijisoneducational is suggesting me These university , Please suggest me Best for MSc in Computer science

Stay away from Capilano. It has a poor reputation in Canada.

Windsor and Ryerson are both decent but not top universities. If you want to attend a top university in Canada then you would need to be looking at schools like the University of Toronto, Waterloo, Queen's, etc.
