I am from "Bangladesh". Where to send my passport for confirmation of PR card?

I have received an email asking me to send my Passport for confirmation of permanent residence and PR card and visa.

However, it said to contact them by email if I'm living outside Canada/USA.

I live in Bangladesh.

I have emailed them instantly but received only automated response.

Where should I send my Passport? Should I wait for them to contact me again? How long does it take them to response?
