hi experts...Im confused if I can apply for one year open work permit.
because I was once denied(i still dont know why. on the refuse paper, they said my PR application was rejected but CIC call center agent confirmed there's nothing wrong and they even inquired for re-consideration, which was denied the following day...*shrug* My guess was they refused it cuz my paper didnt appear received on the online website even though I got my AOR in 2014. August)
anyways, my wife, PR, is on EI because she gave a birth to our daughter and I need a job to feed the family since the EI money is not enough. so I want to try for one year pilot open work permit again. but I wont waste my money if I know I am gonna be refused again.

CIC's my application status : application received (2015/April/27)
my temporary residence expires 2015/11/30 (I will apply for a year extension online tommorow)
