I am Bcom Graduate can i apply for PNP??

Hello Friends
I have completed my bcom graduation from Gujarat University. After that i did Web and graphic designing course from private institute. Right now i have more then 8+ year of experience as an UI designer.

Is it possible to apply for canada PR base on web and graphic design work experience with bcom graduation??
