Even if your child is born here, it doesn't mean you or your husband can live here. You would have to pay for the cost of childbirth out of your own pocket which would be at least 10,000 CAD. More if there are complications.

I strongly would not advise birth tourism for you.
1. It can become really expensive.
2. There is no advantage from having Canadian baby
3. You can endanger yourself
4. You might risk not being allowed to enter Canada.
