I am 22yr old Chartered Accountant in India... Want to be licenced CPA there

I have just passed my CA and got the ICAI membership... I want to get CPA there and practice there... I have no family links in Canada... Please show the path how can I move forward and what will be the stages.... Further can I call there my father who is also a CA in India??? If yes how much time does it normally take???
