Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello,

I got a good offer outside Canada, if I move there with my Canadian child (under 18 years), can I keep my PR?

Please answer me

Thanks

No - this won't allow you to keep your PR. This rule only works if your spouse / common law partner is a Canadian citizen.

Your child being a Canadian citizen will make no difference to your requirement to comply with the residency obligation. Sorry....

Thanks for your quick reply...

If I come back before the expiration of my PR can I enter Canada?

You'll certainly be allowed to enter Canada. But you may be reported for failing to meet your residency requirement in which case you'll have to appear in front of a judge to argue why you should be allowed to keep your PR status. Note that having a job outside of Canada isn't accepted as a valid reason for failing to meet the residency obligation. Long story short, if you take the job and fail to meet the residency obligation, there's certainly a chance you will lose your PR status.
