Hi,

All of the 3 skilled trades:
NOC CODE- 7251 Plumbers
7237 Welders and related machine operators
7313 Refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics
are in huge demand and are listed under the newly formed Canada Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTC).

You may choose to do a 1 year certificate or a 2 acd. years diploma, and start practicing your trade as an apprentice to become a licensed trade practitioner, depending on rules and regulations of different provinces.

Best of Luck

Hi,
Google more about these trades - it's practices, what the trade really is about, job description, courses (subjects related to the trade you may be comfortable in) standard industry practices and pay-scale, long term demand... etc. and make an informed decision. No one can CHOOSE a trade/profession for you.. It really depends on YOU, YOUR INTEREST.

Best of Luck.
