husband from ghana, help needed

Hi everyone, Im starting the application to sponser my husband from Accra, and have a couple of questions:

1. medicals, does he need to do these before I send in the application? and he sends them here to me to put with the rest of the things? Secondly, how much does it cost in Accra, for an adult and a 15 year old son, who will not be accompanying him at this time.


2. How are the waiting times in accra looking these days? also is there an accra forum here?

1. Yes, the medicals need to be submitted with the application. Not sure of the costs, maybe suggestions can be found on the Accra thread.
