What do you mean by admit form ? you should have got offer letter by email.

You mean the program registration.....its after all the fees and misc paid it will be enabled ?

Enrollment is only after the tuition deposit ( 1 semester's fees ) has been paid. I'm not sure when you can enroll will be open though.

You only need the LOA to apply for study permit, there is no other form, you can also print the payment page as proof of payment.
