Hi guys. I request a refund at 16th from Humber College. By the way, September 16th was the last day for the refund and I had an email at the same day that confirms they received my application and they will proceed it in 3 days.
1 month later, I received an email from Humber College says: "Unfortunately, your request for a refund has been denied. As you submitted your request late. The last day was September 16th and your request was sent on September 17th."
But how it is possible, right? I have their confirmation email that sent on 16th. So, what can i do about this problem? On the letter of confirmation there is no date section. The only proof is Gmail's time and date signs. I am worry about if they say this is not a proof of sending date.
