Humanitarian or Compassionate Grounds question about eligibility

Hi, i have been in Canada for about 12 years ,came here on student visa.my visa has been expired 3 years ago.i have no status in here for 3 years.i could not finish the school right now i have no money to be enrolled.i have spent too much money on school.and now i have financial problems.my parents does not have much money to support me anymore.if i return back my country i have nothing to do.i do not have any professions.i might go through lots of hardship if i return.but i can stay here and work and still can make money. my question is this: considering living in Canada for so long ,am i eligible to get pr by applying to Humanitarian or Compassionate Grounds.ty

no such law or provision, plus you are already in a bad situation for overstaying and you will most likely get deported as soon as they become aware of your presence
