Hello members,

I was looking at this 2 year Executive management Programme offered by HSBC Bank in Canada (its offered in other countries too including India). I wanted to know if its paid for by the bank and offers stipend to the programme taker or the taker has to pay for the programme? I couldn't find any info relating to this. If anyone of you has experience with HSBC bank, maybe you can help me? any help will be appreciated.

Did you notice this line in the ad? "Be eligible to work in Canada" To meet the criteria if you don't have a valid work permit, PR or Citizenship you aren't eligible. I doubt that the bank is going to train someone on a work permit. It is also extremely unlikely that they attempt to get a LMO for a training position as HRSDC would probably refuse, as Canadians/PRs would be available. The training would be paid if it is in Canada.
