Can CIC call ur HR department without ur permission or ur manager the one who wrote the ref letter? If CIC os asking to someone to provide additional salary documents and you have failed to provide those requested doc n the HR is not helping either or u cant get CIC to contact them. can CIC ban or put them in blacklist the employer?

No, they can not ban or blacklist any employer. Their sole purpose is to find out if you worked at the company. If you can not provide the evidence, and HR does not respond to them - then they do not have the evidence they require, hence your application runs into a problem.

You may be able to counter this if you can provide them with any sort of documentation showing your employment like pay stubs, letter of offer or a contract.

Remember, pay stubs alone will not help because it only shows you got paid by the company - and it does not specify what position you were in. They need evidence of your position in the company based on your CEC application.

Hi

If your employment is or was legitimate then there would be no reason for any employer to refuse to help CIC. If you are having problems have you contacted your HR department?

From what I can understand, you seem to be missing proof of earnings i.e. pay stubs etc? Did you not receive these as you were being paid? Also you must have T4 documents and NOA’s from CRA? It should be relatively simple to prove your earnings?

Yes CIC can call any HR department without your permission; this can be part of the process of verifying the validity of your CEC application and the position you held while working there.

Again if the application is legitimate there should be no reason to have concern.

Thx
