At present it is fine, bit cold in morning and evening. Dec 10, it would be snowing. Check here

Also you can view website of CNN weather which will show you at least one week accurate weather forecast. So from Dec 5 onwards you can watch it. However, the predition of older residents here is that this year winter could be severe.
 
Hi Danny25,

Please keep me posted about Bramton as I have picked that city as one of my favorite one to live. Bramton is very close to GTA and the weather is not that bad as its is in other provinces and territories. Rent and utilities services are moderate compare to BC, GTA and Quebec.

its cold now in Toronto.
My sources say that they have stopped using fan a week ago. Regina experienced Snow storm last week.

Am in Dubai currently (for 5 days), but member AnushaUC mailed me just now stating that it snowed yesterday@Toronto it seems. Could be flurries though.

Weather is much more pleasant in Dubai from October to April
