I work for CA bank but HR does not put job duty in the letter of employment. Caz it my previous job, branch manager is gone. In this case whether I can download public jobposting attach to the letter of employment and add an explaination letter to it?

Get whichever letter you can obtain from HR and also get proof that they refused to provide duties/responsibilities. Then you can ask a former manager or colleague to make a declaration of your duties and notarize this document.

Thanks! Whether the public job posting attach to the letter and I will write an explanation letter as well. Whether this can work?

Who knows, I don't actually know anyone who has done that before.
