How would I know some complain to cic

Hi friends I m in canada as close work permit

Recently I had a big fight with one of our staff

Tho I didn't break any law but I wonder if he complain to cic and say something bad about me
But if he says something and if cic verify to my employer then I am not worried
Bcz my file in sinp for nomination almost one month past but news yet

Pls help me

If there is a probable cause to conduct an investigation on the complain they received you will know it on the day you get an interview letter from them.

face your music, regardless who's fault it may be, think all the best justification if and when you will undergo questioning. your best position will probably save your neck...
