How would i account for last 10 years of work history?

Do i go from may of 2001 til may of 2011? or the beginning of 2001? I'm not sure what month to put. and if I'm currently at a job what do I put in the to box?

Go back 10 years from the present month. if you're currently at a job, you may put "present" in the space.
