Hi Guys
Just want to know, how am I supposed to withdraw my inland spousal PR application?
I am the principle applicant, my wife is the sponsor.
I already got my PR through ExpressEntry so I don't need Family class PR application anymore.
I used IRCC Webform's"withdrawal an application", however I have not received any response from CIC and it's been almost two weeks. (Last time, when I raised a CSE to withdraw my visitor record application, CIC email me the next day telling me my file had been noted as "Cancellation"
Has anyone done this before?
Not sure if CIC expect the principle or the sponsor to file the withdraw.
Any advice is appreicated

Cheers

That's all you have to do. Depending where you were in the process, you'll eventually get a refund cheque for the difference. When we withdrew our inland, we didn't get any notice either, just the cheque. You can try phoning them to make sure it went through (or send another CSE).

Thanks.
Care to share how long it took for you to receive the check?
thanks a lot
