How to withdraw CEC application for which AOR is not yet received

Hi members,

I have submitted PR application under CEC class in October 2013, which was rejected by Case officer in May 2014 due to missing documentation. I have sent him the missing document on email, but following to the advise on this forum, I have also submitted another fresh new application in June 2014. The case officer working on my previous application was satisfied with my additional documentation and approved the application.
I have not received AOR for my new application yet. Can you please guide me how should I contact CIC to winthdraw my new application. Is there any way I can avoid CIC charging my credit card?

hi , there is no way you can withdraw your application before getting AOR.
my advise is to let it be in the que until you get your COPR. then in the mean time u will get the AOR for the new application also which then can be withdrawn.

My personal advise to make sure your second application to be returned is to cancel the credit card if you did so or go to the bank and ask them to cancel the bank draft .So that when the VO tries to charge for your application he gets rejected which will bring back your application
