How to, when to submit PCC and PPT copy for Outland application which were not attached due to Covid-19

Q please for any members who have experienced this :-
We could not submit passport copy and PCC with our MAY Outland spousal application due to COVID-19 :-

1. Should I wait for an AOR 1 to submit PCC and PPT copies to be uploaded?
2. OR I can upload those right now with a TEMP FILE NO. I just obtained starting XF00000??
3. OR may be submit PCC in original as it used to be years ago; even thou I read many members have uploaded PCC thru webform or GC Keys account linked..

All is not clear. Any suggestion please? This will be helpful to thousands behind who have to send same docs. VIPs please advise. Thanks

Submit through webform with your Temp number for now. If they ask again at least u have a record of sending it in.

Also mail in the PPC ORIGINAL add your Temp number but keep a copy of it for your records.

Thanks for an answer from you. Lots of VIPs here no one replied. I have read PCC was uploaded by some one here because if orig is lost we have no way to remake that. I will ask wife to email me all so I can use webform to upload those ? what u say
