How to upload Medical, English score and educational Transcripts under NON-SDS

I am not getting separate options to upload documents for medical, English score and transcripts under non-sds? Is this normal in NON SDS or did I make any mistake while answering the questionnaire?

It is normal in non sds but you have good score in PTE so apply in SDS.

OK so no medical option will be shown in non sds to upload medical test report documents and that I need to upload in client information only ?
