How to update under processing profile and Can i add additional document to it.

I need help with these two questions.

1. I changed my location and i need to update it on profile. It is already submitted and under process. Can we do it? if so, How?
2. I showed only 9000$ for FSW but we need to show 12000$. I have monies now, can i update that aswell?

This can be added via a Case Specific Enquiry.

Unfortunately for you if you did show $9,000 CAD (not $12,164) at the time of your E-APR you will be rejected. This is one of the fundamental conditions for the FSW. CIC will not even ask if you have the funds at a future date after E-APR. If what you say is true then you will be rejected.
