How to update papers under hccp. -Marital status-

Hi guys I badly need your help. I just got married last March 12 and I also have an existing PR application under HcCP. You know that their processing for caregiver is super slow. I just want to ask on how to update the marital status and if it will greatly affect my processing time with regards to my paper. Thank you very much

Hi Christine am hccp inside Canada, but am wondering if ircc will accept more than one employer. Or if they recognize work done for an agency as jome placement. I will appreciate your response
