I just got my GCMS note. There is a matter..

It saids,
The duties listed in the letters of reference DID NOT appear to be consistent with the actions in the lead statement under the NOC code selected. The letters of reference DID NOT appear to be consistent with a substantial number of the main duties under the NOC code selected. The evidence on file DOES NOT clearly indicate that the PA performed any of the main duties under the NOC code selected.

What should I do next?
How can I submit a new employment letter?

THANK YOU!!!

i believe you can send CSE and explain your situation

https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

Current response time is 10 business days according to auto reply email.

Can you please let us know your AOR date and when did you apply for GCMS notes and when did you receive them?

did you ask your employer to modify your duties a little bit to match the NOC website? Or you just provided with a generic one when you got hired with the company?

As you said, I submitted a generic letter from HR...

I would like to ask my boss to write another letter to explain my duties with detail. Do you think it will work?

Thanks

yeah i would say talk to your boss and see if he/she is willing to tweak it a little bit (without making things up of course) since the duties listed on IRCC website is very generic, and the job duties we receive upon hiring is quite cater to your own position only. Or maybe a LOE from your supervisor that what you perform daily is consistent with the noc you claimed

hope others can give you more insight on this.

I was quite concerned with my NOC too since its kinda inbetween a B and C job. Hopefully we will both solve that problem in the end!
