How to Update EE Documents?

Hey all,
I finally received my FBI clearance after a few months of waiting and I want to send it to the CIC (I sent CIC a letter of explanation and expired clearances in the meantime). I don't see where I can upload additional documents though. Am I missing something or should I wait until the CIC requests it?

You can't add documents to your submitted application till CIC asks for it. Alternatively, try sending a CSE (Case Specific Enquiry) and attach the FBI PCC along with that.
