You'll need a letter from your employer on company letterhead.
That letter will have to indicate that you are working full-time, list your title / occupation, confirm that you are working in Ontario, say when you started working for the company, and indicate that the employers plans to employ you for at least six months.
If you don't yet have a full-time job, then the first step is to get one.
