How to submit work experience proofs in case of multiple onsite visits

Hi,

Before 2013, My wife went for onsite to US for 5 times for a period of 3-4 months each while working with Accenture.

How to declare work history in such cases and do we need to submit proofs for each onsite visit?

She does have few salary slips, W2 form and some other proofs but not for each onsite visit.
Pls help

Your wife has been employed by Accenture - she has a contract, payslips and manager i guess?

It does not matter how many times she was working "on site" in most cases salary will be paid normally to a regular bank account and payslips will be issued for each payment run. This would make one of the references.

Then Contract will be another.

The final will have to be Roles and Responsibilities letter on a letterhead, signed and dated with all the required info.

That would prove her employment.
