How to submit visa office specific documents

I want to proceed with my study permit application online, however I am not sure about how to submit some of the documents my visa office in Jamaica ask for, some includes; Academic and work documents.

Do I upload these as one file to the Letter of Explanation section or do I submit what's generally required first then carry the rest of documents after?
