How to submit Transcripts.

Hello Guys,

I have taken a transcripts from my university.Now, I want to apply for ECA. What are the ways to proceed.
-> Can I submit the transcripts by my own to embassy.
-> My university has to send it to embassy.

Which is the legal way to do it??

Nope, you don't send anything to the embassy. Instead, you send your transcripts to one of the agencies approved by CIC. See here:

Go with World Education Services, since they seem to provide the fastest service: http://www.wes.org/ca/fswp/

Yes, you can check out World Education Services (WES), Canada, majority go with WES. Just for your information, there are other organisations also designated to do educational credential assessment.
