How to submit passport to CPP-O if wife is in Pakistan

Has someone experienced what happens when you receive PPR to submit passport for yourself and your wife, but your wife is in Pakistan/India.

Congrats Arif.Jabbar, seems like you have finally received your PPR. I have the same question, my wife is in India and my PPR might come soon too.

Somebody need to bring passport to Canada. Passport can not be sent by post.

Isn't there a way for the Canadian Embassy in these countries to issue the PR to the wife on the basis of the E:mail ?
