How to submit IELTS for Quebec Imigration

I am very hopeful that someone is going to solve my problem.

I am preparing documents for Quebec but BBC refused to sign my IELTS results, so how you guys suggest to send IELTS results to Quebec immigration.

are you guys sending the original IELTS results? thanks in advance.

You have to send the original IELTS only otherwise they will return your application. BBC refused to sign your IELTS??? Why they have refused to sign? Can you elaborate?

I know, your query is a couple of months old, but wanted to respond nevertheless, since the same thing happened to me.

British Council here in India refused to give a duplicate copy of my IELTS test score, so I had to send my ORIGINAL copy with Quebec application. According to British Council India, I can order another copy at a later date stating that I sent the original to Quebec immigration office, AND by giving a reason for another copy. Strange, but true!

I guess, you may have already submitted your application. Btw, which is your Visa Office?
