How to submit IELTS directly from Institution

Guys my uni is asking me to send the Test.

Though i have submitted the original scanned copy to graduate office.

Need advise !

Ask the local british council. They have "IELTS certificate dispatch" request form. You have to pay the reprint and express/local mail fee.

Hows going in university in alberta, i hope very good very cold.

In my final offer letter only IELTS is hurdle because it is very tough to take some time to sort out these issues.

I came to uCalgary not uAlberta

And the cold is yet to hit over here although it drops below zero at times
