How to submit docs in online WP application, it goes to Exit questionnaire

after uploading all my documents it does not give me an option to continue(just exit questionnaire) so confused man. How to submit the documents??

This means you are missing a mandatory document to upload. once all the mandatory documents are uploaded , system displays the "Next" button
