After medical you will get one "original certificate" from the designated Doctor, Simply hand over that "Original certificate" along with your PP and file number.

One very important thing !!

Make sure you keep one photo copy of that "Original Medical Certificate". Why so ?? because that as per visa rules, medical results are valid for one year, and suppose if your visa got rejected this time, thn instead of going through medical over again and paying fees, you can simply hand over that photocopy of Original Certificate in your next attempt.
