hi amigos!!! i got maried recently and we decided me and my husband to move to canada exactly to quebec !! i m from tunisia and the french is my second languge and the english is the third for him he is from Jordan but we are living in Qatar and we are working in a telecommunication company!!! do i need to do the english and french test!!!!should it be sent with the application the first time !!!and to which office shall i send it ???syria or abudhabi ?????how to get the CSQ???plzzzzzz
