How to sponsor PR to wife and Child by a new PR holder

Dear Friends,

Have a small query, request you to guide me with your valuable inputs,

I have come to Canada after obtaining PR through express visa in the month September 2018. At the time of application for my express entry I had opted for "spouse not accompanying". Now I would like to apply for sponsoring the PR of both my wife and kide. Tried reading many related articles but am not able to get any concrete information.

Pls guide me the procedures,

Yes - it's the same.

You check a box on the checklist that says that the primary applicants have already been medically examined. That's about the only special thing you need to remember.
