I have a girlfriend from south korea of more than 2 yrs now & would like to sponsor her to come to canada to live with me here in canada. Can she come here on a visitor visa to come to canada then sponsor her as fiance on family sponsorship program. Response is greatly appreciated.

There is no fiance class for sponsorship.
You MUST be married, or common-law (having lived together 12 consecutive months). Those are your only 2 options.
She can certainly come as a visitor to Canada, and would most likely get 6 months status to start as visitor, after which you could apply to extend that.
