how to show salary proof

Dear All,

I have worked as a teacher and have experience letter only.
I used to get salary in cash as our salary was not very much and it is a school in semi urban area.
Iam wondering what all I can demand from my employer ii.e school which I can show as my proof of experience.
Any lead will be really helpful

An offer letter, experience letter should suffice.
Preferably these should be on an official school letterhead.
